checking in was difficult. nobody was there upon arrival, door was locked. i had to call someone offsite to help check me in. self-check in wasn’t operational. called again to reboot system. staff sent an email requesting i pay again for my reservation i’ve already booked. bed came with one comforter, base price was for two adults. staff digitally requested that i pay an extra $10 per night per person. all was eventually resolved but it was one after another.

Wir hatten Probleme beim Check-in, die dann nach mehrfachem Anrufen behoben werden konnten. Weil das Zimmer sehr warm war und der Ventilator kaum geholfen hat, mussten wir nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen - durch den Club direkt in der Straße wars aber so laut, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Design der Zimmer, Anbindung und Umgebung waren gut.
