ウォータールー地域国際空港(YKF)周辺のホテル

「This hotel was clean and bright. The room was clean, had a great heating/cooling system (we like the white noise of the fan) and it was smooth sounding. The bed was comfortable, the room had enough space to move around, the walls were clean and not scuffed up, and they had shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, and lotion in the bathroom. Originally, we only had two towels, for some reason, but after calling the front desk, extra towels were quickly brought up. The only small issue we had...

「朝食が非常に良かったです。種類は少ないですが、必要なメニューが美味しく、バランス良く揃えてあります。」

「Good breakfast. Pool is too far and basic. The room was clean」

「We like this hotel for when we stay in Guelph. Nice size rooms with kitchens and decent breakfast. Only complaint would be the bed was pretty hard this visit and pillows not supportive. Otherwise great.」

「The staff is excellent and it has a big pool, which is great. But the air quality is poor. All the floors smell of mold and mildew. I had to move rooms due to visible black mold but the next one also smelled of mold. I started coughing that first night and haven’t stopped. The fan helped a bit but is very old and very rattly and loud so I had to shut it off to sleep. The place is peeling and stained. It needs a significant refresh.」

「The staff here were wonderful. The hot breakfast was good but was so busy there was no place to sit. The rooms are not soundproof at all at least ours wasn’t (205). The first night I listened to a screaming match between a couple for about 45 minutes at 10:30pm. The second night at 10 pm there was loud banging for like 3 minutes and it stopped and then it woke me up a couple hours later again but only lasted a few minutes again. Other than the not great sleeps the room was clean and comfy...

「Friendly staff, immaculate room, great parking. Perfect for a night stay...maybe more!」

「We were in a room next to the elevators and every time someone used the elevators, it rumbled in our room. Spoke to the staff this morning, and they said had we called down, they would’ve found a different room for us which was nice, but would’ve involved a lot of repacking and unpacking again, plus getting dressed. Next time, I’ll make sure to ask to avoid rooms adjacent to the elevator bank.」

「Everything is good」

「Lovely space the balcony had a great view of the city very clean. Great walking distance to all the downtown restaurants We had a wonderful stay.」

「Included a delicious breakfast - eggs Benedict, Greek yoghurt with homemade fruit topping/homemade whipped cream, pressed coffee, herbal tea, orange juice. Beautiful room with lovely sitting area with an electric fireplace and large TV screen. Gorgeous, comfortable queen bed with a standing tub in the room - good water pressure and lots of hot water. Bubble bath included along with robes. A very warm and welcoming reception from the hosts, both when we arrived and during breakfast. Would...

「広々とした部屋で快適。冬の閑散期という事もありリーズナブル。」
