"The property was located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of whatever we needed. The unit was cute and perfect for a couple.
Unfortunately we had difficulty accessing the unit when we arrived then found it without functioning air conditioning, dryer, oven or elevator. We had 2 days (3-5) without any electricity at all but the other issues resolved when the power came back on.

"Nice little condo with a full kitchen an washer dryer. Leaving was a bit of a pain because I had to leave the keys and parkade fob in the room but I needed the fob to access the parkade. Had to move my car out of the parkade, park on the street, and go back into the condo to leave the keys and fob. But I would stay here again as it was nicely located and inexpensive and had everything I needed."

"Exceded expectations.
As a very avid travel with both work and family I visit a lot of hotels. I also have been to calgary 30+ times for work.
This hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, they would see me passing for the pool and run to give me a towel before I asked. The breakfast was always fresh and being topped up. Excellent quality. The POOL, if you have kids, its perfect. Lastly LOCATION. EXCELLENT, excellent, excellent. Banff trail stop is in the same parking lot as the hotel. I never need a taxi to the city, easy for families if someone wants to go back to the room. There's "Big T BBQ" is in the same parkinglot. Next to that is DQ for dessert. Liquor store also right next to that.
Boxes were all checked.

Located downtown, it offers easy access to Highway 1 and is about a 90-minute drive to Banff. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming, and the amenities made our short city stay relaxing. Great balance of city convenience and nature access!"
