中心地まで鉄道で3駅で到着なのでとても便利。ホテルの裏口と駅が隣接しているのでストレス無しで移動ができました。トイレの電球が切れていたのでわざわざ外してわかる様に置いておいたのに切れた電球がそのまま設置されていたのは残念でした。123号室です。

When I booked through Expedia it showed 2 double beds and we ended up getting only one double bed. The AC didn’t work throughout the stay. The receptionist didn’t give water until we asked. There was no drinking water in the room. The bathroom was extremely dirty. Had a lot of fungus developed around the drain, I was so scared I ended up not showering there. I know I cannot expect much at that price. But drinking water, AC and cleanliness are extremely basic that anyone should provide if you want to own a hotel. Disgusting experience really.

The pool was dirty. Smelt of drugs being smoked in hallways. Almost go hit in the parking lot by someone driving crazy fast for a parking lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful rooms were clean overall was 50/50

Its proximity to the CTrain station was a major advantage, making our commute to the event venue very convenient. Before booking, I saw that check-in time was set at 4 p.m. So, I called the hotel to ask about an early check-in since we were traveling with a child. I was informed it could be accommodated depending on availability. When we arrived around 12 p.m., our room wasn’t ready. We were advised it would be ready at 3 p.m. The staff helpfully stored our luggage so we could explore the city. By the time we returned around 2 p.m., our room was ready, and check-in was quick. Throughout our stay, the staff were helpful. The room was equipped with basic amenities such as a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and fridge, which made our stay more comfortable. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but I believe a few improvements could enhance the guest experience. There was a noticeable odor in the elevator and hallway, the sink and light holder in our room had some visible dirt buildup, and a stain on the ceiling. It would also be helpful if essentials such as room signs, drinking water, and a phone directory were readily available in the room, so guests don’t need to visit reception for every request. For example, we had to go to the reception to ask for a “Do Not Disturb” card because we didn’t want housekeeping in the room when we stepped out. Later at night, we had to go back to request for drinking water when we ran out of the one we brought.

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful the whole stay. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub or breakfast. The room was very clean and hotel definitely was older. I would stay again but maybe farther away from LRTis was loud a couple times.

I stayed at this hotel before and didn't have many issues, but on this stay I had a few. The first was that my room card stopped working multiple times. Second, the equipment in the gym is in a state of disrepair - multi-gym machine & elliptical were both broken and there was no water in the water machine. Third, the wallpaper was coming off the wall in the hallway and none of the first floor exit doors are useable to re-enter the building.

We arrived at 4:30 pm to have only some of our rooms available and told that we would have be given a call once the other two rooms were ready. We returned from our evening of events at 10 pm having not received a phone call to see if our rooms were ready- they were unsure of which rooms they had already given us and gave us rooms that were already occupied. Once we got the new room keys, we entered to unmade beds, used towels and full garbages - letting us know that they hadn’t been cleaned or prepared even though we had already waited 5 hours for them to supposedly be cleaned. We went back to talk to the front desk and they gave us new rooms that were supposed to be good to go. We entered the new room to a broken faucet with no water and a beeping fire detector. Going back up to the front desk, I was informed they would try to get maintenance to come fix the faucet that didn’t even have the tap attached. At this point, it’s 10:30 pm at night and we are on third attempt at getting a functional place to sleep for a night. It was a completely unprofessional environment from check-in until check-out and we will not be returning.

Overall not bad, the rooms had random stains on carpets and the rooms in general were very dated and not at all like the pictures suggested. The layout of the hotel was confusing. They said that there would be breakfast but the dining area was closed. The elevator felt like it was going to break down at any moment. The hotel keys rarely worked and we had to get them replaced daily. The bathroom was one of the worst that I have ever seen in a hotel. Very average experience but thankfully we were only in the hotel to sleep.

Terrible customer service. I booked and paid for a queen bed but was given a double. When I pointed it out, staff insisted it was their “standard queen bed” and promised to move me the next day since they were fully booked. On the first day, they made me wait over an hour without any update, even though I had just driven 14 hours and needed rest. The next day, the same issue happened again. Very unprofessional and misleading – definitely not worth the hassle.

When I checked in the host was very rude and unaccommodating. I had some trouble with my card and the host was very impatient while I solved the issue. The bathtub was also very dirty and grimy. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed this hotel for one night. With whole family experience was awesome. 5/5☆☆☆☆☆ . It's was really good . Overall we love it. Service, Room service and breakfast. Breakfast also really yummy ,kids love it. I asked them to serve to room and they did. I recommend. Room clean and enjoyable. Enjoy trip
