中心地まで鉄道で3駅で到着なのでとても便利。ホテルの裏口と駅が隣接しているのでストレス無しで移動ができました。トイレの電球が切れていたのでわざわざ外してわかる様に置いておいたのに切れた電球がそのまま設置されていたのは残念でした。123号室です。

The room was dirty, including a mess left on the table from sticky drinks, the bed was made, but the sheets were wrinkled like they hasn't been changed between guests, the microwave had no plate in in, the room was very cold with only one small baseboard heater and cold coming through the window, the bathroom was freezing cold, especially on your feet, the shampoo felt like it came out of the fridge, in a pet friendly hotel, most of the staff wouldn't come near your room if you had a pet, they were terrified (of a calm 8 year old dog in the room), there were not enough towels, or coffee, and the front entrance white tiles were covered in mud, only mopped once a day, early in the morning. Would not stay again and will recommend that my friends and family don't stay there either. Gave 1 out of 5 because the location is great.

Room was fantastic, the front desk staff when checking in friendly and helpfull, checked in with daughter and her friend. Stayed for 4 days a few housekeeping staff treated my daughter and friend as low life vegrants. The front desk that i dealt with at check out cancelled my keys before noon which was my requested check out. When i went to front desk to reactivate my card, front desk/manager i pointed out that i myself had excellent service, but my daughter and friend were tried inproperly, she refused to reactivate my card. As well she argued with me and upon me leaving the front desk she called out that i should respect myself. To me this individual should not be a manager anywhere. She definitely has no customer service skills and mistreats people by appearance

We just spent five wonderful nights at Amenida Residences & Hotel in Calgary, and it exceeded every expectation! The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, their service was outstanding and made us feel right at home. This place offers unbeatable value for money in Calgary. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with convenient amenities like free parking, an indoor pool, and easy access to the C-Train right next door. Its location near Chinook Centre, Stampede Park, and downtown makes it super practical without breaking the bank. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Calgary and highly recommend Amenida Residences & Hotel to anyone looking for great quality at an affordable price. You won’t find better bang for your buck in the city! (5/5 stars – Highly recommended!)

If you are in town for a few nights this place is really good for the price, nicer than other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area or downtown in the price range. The building looks newly renovated and staff were friendly. I accidentally brought the key cards too close to my phone one night which deactivated the magnetic strip but the lady at the desk happily re-activated them for me & gave me the heads up. Didn’t use the restaurant, pool or gym or other facilities since this wasn’t needed in my stay, but everything in the room worked and the room was clean. TV, shower etc. We got a room with only 1 bed and I think there was supposed to maybe be a couch in the big empty area based on the pictures but however, understanding that the building was still undergoing some changes & we didn’t need the couch for our stay it was fine. The vending machine had a good selection for snacks and bottled water however some of my coins did not work & I found it a bit confusing on how to use the debit for the vending machine but that might just be me. There’s a convenience store across the street so no big deal. The towels could have been a bit bigger in the bathroom and sort of wish there was a face cloth and that the toilet was newer - but overall it was good for the price & I was happy & we would stay there again for more trips into Calgary. Thank you staff at Amenida!
