"Very nice hotel. Staff at the desk were kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable, location great. Will definitely try to stay there again"

"Mixed Stay – Valet Damage Unresolved I stayed 3 nights starting May 15, 2026. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The bathroom shower head had a buildup of grime that restricted water flow to a pour rather than a spray. Only one elevator was in service, so at times there were longer than expected waits to get up or down. The main issue was that the valet service damaged my vehicle. After contacting the hotel, the manager has not responded to my email. I would caution anyone using the valet service here."

"The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The only complaint we had was the logistics of the parking. To exit after checkout, it was required to scan our room key on the way out. We had left the keys in the room as we normally do. We needed to address that while we were trying to get to the airport. Just a note for future travelers."

"The staff couldn't make the phone go trough to do a call asking for food, I call by my cell phone, then I left a swimsuit in the room when I check out and when I called 2 hrs later to ask for it they said that if they find it they will called me back and that never happened. Is it that the personal is not honest there? And nobody knows about a simple swimsuit."

"This is an amazing hotel. Every staff member was super helpful and kind. The room was great. The bathroom was very modern and spacious for a downtown hotel. It's a short walk downhill to Pike Market Place. Of course, it is uphill on the way back, but you can always take a taxi like we did! Restaurant and Starbucks without going outside. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again."
