「Small cozy ground floor studio. You can hear people walking upstairs quite a bit. It could have been cleaner. There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom; running the fan didn’t help. Nice appliances and very functional kitchen. Nice neighborhood.」

「We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. 」

「The house is at great location (corner to grocery and restaurants) and with privacy, while the place is clean & tidy. My only reminder is to be aware of the additional charges before reservation. It is not noted anywhere but one small line at the policy.」

「My husband and I stayed here for nearly a week while visiting our son who lives nearby, and it was a perfect spot. The cottage is cozy and has everything needed, clean and comfortable, just the right kind of quirky! Lots of levels/steps within, which was totally fine for us but could be an issue for other guests. Well located within walking distance from coffee and breakfast spots, dedicated parking spot a bonus. Warm communications with hosts. We’ll be back!」
