"The code on the front door wasn’t set up when we arrived so I had to call the host. The WiFi was intermittent and I had to call the host to reset the router. Then the heater didn’t work and I called her and it took 24 hours to get someone out to look at it. Apparently they have one maintenance guy who was incommunicado. I asked her for a credit for the first day since the heat didn’t work but she didn’t respond. Would not recommend renting from Vacation Rentals, LLC. "
