「Thank you for issuing a refund when I accidentally canceled my original booking. I really appreciated it. Since I still wanted to stay at the hotel, I made a new booking shortly after the cancellation and asked for a refund only for the original booking. However, the hotel also canceled my new booking and refunded both reservations. I only noticed this just before my stay. Fortunately, a room was still available, so I was able to stay as planned.」

「This hotel was super clean, staff was super helpful and we just enjoyed it. The pool and hot tub was clean, the breakfast was wonderful and I loved the fact that there was a free shuttle to the Lagoon Park. That saved me $20. I highly recommend this hotel!!」

「Clean, easy to get lots of places, good parking」
