"The staff were amazing! Best price in town. We took the shuttle every morning and then walked back after skiing. The breakfast was free and I decided to skip it but the Ramon restaurant at night was really tasty. Our skis were safe and in a warmed locker. Really wonderful overall."

"I had stayed two nights there, went to hiking in Mt.Yotei , location is perfect for go Yotei. a little big country side but if you drive car, there is not a big deal of it, and it's a peaceful place. staff Ryu is very helpful even though he is busy all the time. He drive me to the mountain access which was early morning. also they offer break first which is very delicious. thanks everyone that gave me a good memories! really want to visit again in winter."

Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. "We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. Luxury hotel with great view
"Luxuriously appointed hotel. Slightly aged but still well-maintained. The room felt decadently large after all the cramped rooms in the cities. Quite a few of the staff are able to speak decent English and there are Chinese speakers as well. The lake view is gorgeous and we were able to enjoy the nightly fireworks without braving the cold weather. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good spread and is about the same every day. Have to say that the shower in the room is better than the ones in the onsen which are prone to have sudden fits of differing water temperature. But we are there for the onsen after all. "
