Loved this place! Very nice to have an onsen in the building. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Not much around in the town, but it was a nice break. Also really enjoyed the Japanese style room. Plenty of space and beautiful view of the ocean!

Beautiful property, food was delicious, but need to understand preferences of foreign travelers better. Check-in was quite slow and Onsen should be open longer hours.

We were a bit concerned about the location, as we had no car, but the owners were kind enough to pick us up and return is to Toya train station. And we were glad we decided to stay at the hotel. Room was spacious, overlooking the lake (though fireworks are remote) and with a good bed. Breakfast was nice, though western style. We also ordered some things for dinner. Reasonable pricing and tasty. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Very nice and accommodating. Someone smoked in our original non-smoking room, and they gave us a bigger cabin with no extra cost when we arrived.

There were some bugs around the outside the tub. like wood chippers i suppose. didn’t really mind them but still worth mentioning.

Solo traveller from NYC (flew in from Taipei). Staff is extremely friendly. Helpful in English, Japanese, Chinese. Plenty of signs and notes in English to help you out with. The location of the hotel on a bluff above Lake Toya gives guest an incredible view of the lake and adds to a feeling of quiet and luxury. Excellent service, along with beautiful rooms and dining (breakfast included with the dinner an option) are further enhanced by an open bar lounge and free shuttle to the lake shore for fire works. Excellent place to stay!

Hotel staff were accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Easy vannservis in call for mountain any time from 8:30am-11am and 3-5pm daily - just a WhatsApp text and 10 minute drive away

This ryokan was wonderful. The service was excellent and location to Niseko Annapuri was a bonus. First the ryokan. Positives were the large onsen, attentive staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The Kaiseki was delicious with a good variety. In comparison to other kaiseki menus we had in Hokkaido, this was tops for us. Only negatives was the rooms were a bit dated. "Shared bathroom" means the room had a toilet and sink, but now shower. But then again there was the great onsen. The website said...

Great room with a stunning view of Mt. Yotei ! Just could not get enough of that . Food options were great too since I do not eat authentic Japanese food . And the Onsen is wonderful .

The owner of the hotel is very friendly, speaks English, prepares food for your dinner and breakfast, and it is definitely worth your money. Great location, close to the ski-resort

About 1 block to the lift in Annupori! Amazing family run place! More laid back and quiet than the larger resorts. Shared bathrooms and showeres. On site coin laundry. Great value!

The townhome was nice. Very clean and the reception desk & staff were extremely helpful & very timely when we called. Spacious home, heated floors very cozy. The shuttle service was good however being that it’s a little out of the city it would be more convenient to have a rental car. Wonderful & relaxing family holiday. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking and staying in.
