「Great stay, had a few issues to start with for the app and digital keycard but receptionists was lovely to help. Good size rooms with very comfortable bed. Loved the ghd straighteners and dyson hair dryer and best shower ever! 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Lakes. It’s such a beautiful setting with so many activities on offer including a spa. We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! 」

The bathroom was clean and modern, with good-quality fixtures, though some of the furniture and smaller fittings (like the towel rail and toilet roll holder) could use a bit of tightening or TLC. One thing to note: our room was located above a communal area that wasn’t soundproofed, so it was a bit noisy until around 11 p.m.—not...
