「Everything was excellent except the room servicing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food and meal service was v good. The only disappointments were the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The room needed vacuuming and the loo and shower needed a good clean. Also, cups, glasses and tea hadn’t been replenished. Oh, and when we returned from sightseeing on Sat evening we couldn’t get a space in the carpark as it was full of pub visitors. Would be good if they had spaces...

「Lovely place and surroundings are beautiful. It could do with a little updating, and if you’re looking for Wi-Fi, you could be sorely disappointed. The breakfast menu is very limited and Service slightly lacking in this area. 」

「Clean room, no staff as it was all done remotely. Dreadful shower, no power at all. Broken side light and the smallest TV ever!」

「Room was nice, spacious and exceptionally clean. But the food was poor, avoid the Market kitchen. Brasserie 34 was the nicest. If you have mobility issues the hotel is massive and there is no assistance getting from the car park to reception with your luggage 」

「Its restaurant serves great food and local beer. The fish and chips is the best one I have ever had. My friend enjoyed vegan meals. They also serve a variety of breakfast including fresh fruit and drinks. The room is prettily decorated and bathroom is clean and wide with a fancy bath tab. 」

The food at the restaurant was really good! イギリスの典型的古いホテルで、そういうのがお好きな方にはぴったりです。部屋のタイプは色々ありそうでしたが狭いツインを選択しました。快適で、テレビもWi-Fiもケトルもありました。バスタブは無かったけどお湯はたっぷり出たし水圧も満足できる強さでした。 ホテルのレストランはパブエリアとダイニングエリアに分かれていて、パブは地元のおじさん達で賑やか、その奥では静かにご飯が食べられました。そして味もとても良かったです。 ホテルの裏にテムズ川が流れていて散歩しながら白鳥を眺めて、素敵な時間を過ごしました。」

「The bedrooms and halls probably needed to be refurbished 30 years ago. They certainly are long overdue a completely overhaul today. The bathroom was grimy and there was no excuse for not providing a single chair in the room. What was the point in providing even the tired dressing/table desk without one?」
