"The bathrooms need an upgrade overall the room was nice! This hotel has a lot of great amenities with pool, restaurants and a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the park!"

"Conveniently located near Disneyland. Staff was helpful to accommodate a room change for late check-in and early check-out. Room was generally clean, bathroom outdated, nice toiletries. Great price! Main downsides were the fridge didn’t work so it ruined our food and bathroom floor was not clean- had hair on the bathroom floor when we first checked in :( Might stay again if these issues were addressed but we were on a tight schedule and weren’t able to make changes."

"It’s our first time staying there and I did not expect this place to be as run down as it was. Stark contrast to what the photos show of the property. The bathroom needs major updating. Cracked, missing and dirty grout in the shower, dirty wallpaper in the bathroom. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, towel holder ring kept falling off, blow dryer was broken, carpet was filthy. The mattresses were super stiff. The hallway on the second floor smelled like sewage mixed with a strong air freshener trying to mask the stench. The upstairs guests were making so much noise in the middle of the night and you could hear every footstep. I was just happy our stay there was over. Needless to say I won’t be staying there again."

"I’ve stayed at this property several times, love the shuttle to the Disney parks. Staff is always helpful, site does seem to be feeling older recently but it’s a great stay, even if it’s a little expensive. I also finally tried the bar/restaurant this trip and had the worst pasta I’ve ever had, not sure if it was because it was late night, but can not recommend."
