"The property is nice. Great location to get out and hit other local sites, restaurants, even catch the bus to the ferry for Isla. Food was good. Drinks had no alcohol no matter how much they poured. The pour was just for show. There is no way there was real alcohol in the bottles. We could have 10 drinks and not have a buzz. "

"This “resort” is run down. The staff does the best with what they are given. They try. There were days with no power, no water and some restaurants weren’t open. Small gnats come up out of the sink every night/morning. House keeping didn’t come every day. Booking excursions were a good escape (sadly) I did hear that the resort will be closing soon. It should and make room for the new, bigger and better place. The place is falling apart. "

"Always look forward to our yearly trips to MIA Reef. It has the best beach on the island in my opinion. The staff makes the experience! They are always so welcoming and ready to make the experience fun and special. The hotel itself is a little outdated but I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else. Dining options improve each year and I love the balconies over the ocean. Definitely a little piece of paradise. Look forward to next year already!"
