Never have we stayed at a resort where the staff made sure your trip was perfect! Our butlers David and Angel-top notch! The weather was trying to act out on our departure date, and everyone at the resort stayed in communication with us and went to great lengths to ensure we made it to the mainland to make our early flight. From Raul and the wait staff near the beach and pool, to Eduardo at the coffee shop, to the excellent house cleaning staff, to the customer service relations manager, and butlers David and Angel-we were greatly taken care of. This resort gets zero complaints from us. We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Thank you dearly and keep up the amazing work. "

"The staff, without exception, were delightful - charming and helpful. Facilities were very good, the pool and beach were lovely but it would have been nice to have a few more Watersport options.Overall the food was very good - especially from the food truck and the pool bar ... but it is a shame that the menu in both main restaurants does not change at all. Also surprising was the fact that the steak menu was an extra charge ... and finally, that a bottle of quite ordinary wine was incredibly expensive"
