"The room was very cozy and made us feel like we were part of the movie encanto. Don't expect a modern style and you are going to be very pleased. The mattress is firm but comfy. They have a snall pool and the cutest cat that slept on our balcony almost daily. The restaurants around aren't open super late, but very good. We enjoyed our 2 nights very much before heading to our all inclusive on the mainland."

Never have we stayed at a resort where the staff made sure your trip was perfect! Our butlers David and Angel-top notch! The weather was trying to act out on our departure date, and everyone at the resort stayed in communication with us and went to great lengths to ensure we made it to the mainland to make our early flight. From Raul and the wait staff near the beach and pool, to Eduardo at the coffee shop, to the excellent house cleaning staff, to the customer service relations manager, and butlers David and Angel-we were greatly taken care of.
