"Very nice and clean property. Staff are so attentive and hard working. Lots of vegetarian food options in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of bars with variety of drinks and liquor available. Very nice and clean beach front resort with fancy pool and cabanas, dedicated pool for children. Easily accessible from airport and downtown Cancun. Allowed us early check in by 3-4 hours. Highly recommend for someone with a family or even if its just girls trip or boys trip. "

"Everything about this property was perfect. It is however lacking activities especially night time activities for grown ups. Mexico is known for it's rich culture and love for music, i believe if Villa del palmar added this to their facility they'll have more traffic. We had to take taxi to hotel zone for about 30mins or more just to look for night time entertainment. After day time activities outside the hotel, when we were done and back in the evening, after dinner there was nothing to do other drink and go to sleep. That's very boring and am sure most of your guests will agree to this. Please add night time entertainment. I would like to thank Flor, she kept our room clean and neat the entire time we were there. I would also give thanks to manager Valio. I had tried to make reservation to one of their restaurant to celebrate my birthday but couldn't get any opening. Mr. Valio made that happen and for that am greatful."
