私たちのコンドミニアムは、ロフトと屋上テラス付きの2ベッドルーム、2バスのオーシャンフロント・ペントハウス・コンドミニアムで装飾されたデザイナーです。 Playa Turquesaコミュニティの真ん中にある完璧なオーシャンビューに位置しています。 コミュニティには16の建物があり、各建物にエレベーター付きの1,2,8のコンドミニアムが合計188戸あります。 シェーズが好きな人、2つの大きなスイミングプール、2つの小さな子供用プール、24時間セキュリティ、逆浸透水処理システム、素敵なロビー/レセプションエリアがあるプライベートビーチエリアがあります。 プンタカナ国際空港からわずか20分の場所にあり、ババロの小さなパラダイスで休暇を過ごすのに必要なものがすべてあります。

Fantastic condo! We had a great time. Everything was fantastic. Gretchen and Liz went above and beyond to make our vacation super wonderful! Do check for Sargassum reports.(Mother Nature can’t be controlled). Another bar was in place of TOC, but was still wonderful. Security was absolutely fantastic. I can’t rave enough about it! Do eat at Castaways… it’s across the street from condo. Food was amazing!

The month we spent in your beautiful condo was really not a slice of paradise, it was the whole pie! The view from the balcony was mesmerizing. The condo was so bright, airy, clean, well appointed and equipped, and the kitchen & bathroom remodels were a nice surprise. The grounds are well manicured, pools cleaned daily, security is great, and the beach was just gorgeous, water turquoise and warm. We really loved this community of Playa Turquesa, we met wonderful people and can’t wait to come back. We also put to good use all the advice you shared on restaurants and had a wonderful culinary experience too. So many excellent restaurants just steps away. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! Thanks for everything Gretchen and Pete, we will be back.

This was our 3rd time at Playa Turquesa and 2nd time in condo P405. Gretchen is a wonderful host !. The apartment is great and the pictures do not do it justice, they do not show the beautifully renovated kitchen, with super large sink, nor the two very nice spacious bathrooms which have glass walls (not a shower curtain). The outdoor furniture is of high quality and lots of comfy pillows on the furniture on the rooftop. There is still noise from the nearby restaurants/bars and disco. Apartments in Complex P ending in 1 or 5 have the bedrooms facing the street. We had earplugs and white noise machines. The complex has undergone several updates last year. Playa Turquesa has a new management and several people on the Owner’s board are actively working with the management on improvements. Many palapa’s and sun loungers have been added to the beach area, which is really wonderful !!. There is also now a tractor and rake, which cleans up the seaweed everyday, making the beach pristine. There was a reverse osmosis system installed (no more smelly water). The local bus to Jumbo is easy to take and costs 50 DOP (pp), most people wait for it in front of the unfinished apartment complex building facing Plaza Turquesa. There are also several “Poppi” taxi’s (just make sure you negotiate the fare with the driver). Uber has become very popular, clean cars and very reliable (make sure to use UberX) and we used it several times from Jumbo back to the complex.

Gretchen’s place was terrific ! It was very spacious, modern with comfortable beds . We always felt safe. Everyone was very friendly and helpful . Markitto , one of her on-site managers greeted us and he is a really nice guy. He uses WhatsApp when you need to contact him. Brenda wasn’t there and she was very attentive to detail, she also uses email and WhatsApp . We would definitely stay there again. Great restaurants within 5 minutes and everything was spotless. You will love her home 👍

Spare bathroom toilet seat was broken and towel bar kept falling off the wall. Spare bathroom sink was leaking. I tried to be proactive and reach out to protect the property. However when the curling iron appeared to not be working, I reached out and Brenda got snarky with me about ‘it is not being included” it was an extra thing offered; however, on the website it stated that a curling iron was at the property.

The apartment is beautifully appointed, with quality and comfortable furniture and very clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and our evening drink on the rooftop teras and amused ourselves over the traffic congestion at the side street. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and large appliances as we both enjoy cooking (never went to the restaurants during our entire 1 month stay). Jumbo is easily reachable by public transport and for small items the local store Cicocella is great (note that the BAM no longer exists). UberX is servicing the area, however they will not come inside the gate. The grounds and pools are kept immaculate and the seaweed on the beach is cleaned-up daily. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is the noise at night. The bedrooms face the bars and restaurants and there is loud music every night from 9 pm to 3 am, although the rooms have metal sun shutters, earplugs and white noise machines are strongly recommended if you are a light sleeper. We truly had a wonderful stay, 5 stars all the way and can’t wait to go back.

Loved the spacious condo with all the necessities that one would imagine when renting! The balcony was amazing and we used it for all our meals and afternoon drinks! The view was spectacular and it was one of the highlights of our stay! Loved the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher - what a treat! Thank you for a perfect time!

The condo is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, and well equipped. Both patios are fantastic. The location is great because there are many restaurants and little grocery stores close by, but the only downside of that is that it was a bit too noisy at night (for us). The property manager and owner were both extremely helpful and easy to communicate with.

The property is exactly as advertised and frankly even better in person because pictures don't show depth and height of the rooms very well (it's located on the top floor so the ceilings are higher and there are two levels of outdoor space!). The beach is a few minutes walk away and 24 hr security at the beach and front gates. All the workers were very friendly and kind. We especially appreciated the two men who cleaned and set up our chairs at the beach each day. I was also really really happy with the firmness of the king mattress (it's so common at places to find saggy, uncomfortable beds). The place is stocked with everything you'll need, including a million towels! The washer is small so we found ourselves doing laundry regularly and we only ran AC in the bedrooms at night, so our electricity bill was really good after 14 days! As vegans, we cooked almost daily because vegan options are very limited or non-existent at most restaurants. So we were elated to find the grocery (a 2 min walk away) was stocked with frozen vegan meat alternatives and the kitchen had all the tools we needed! The nearby Pizza Napoli also has a vegan menu. Yay! Nearby bars had friendly staff and great drinks, live music, karaoke and more. Communication with Markitto, one of the property managers was easy and check-in and out was very smooth. My only two criticisms are: as it's stated, the nearby clubs across the street blast music at night and you can hear 2-3 different songs overlapping until at least 2-3 am; though the roller shutters helped dampen the sound and provide a wonderfully dark rooms, earplugs are necessary for sleep (not a big deal for us and we were prepared). Secondly, the non-stick coating on two of the pans has worn off. There is a stainless steel one we used instead but the two non-stick pans need replacing. All in all it was a perfect vacation and we would stay at Gretchen and Pete's place again!

Our stay at P405 was awesome. The fully functional 2 bdrm/ 2 bthrm condo provided us with all the room we could need including a rooftop haven, a super-sized balcony with the ample furnishings and a bbq plus the best views of the complex and beach, a fully loaded and functional kitchen, two TVs, ample games and books and the perfect spot to escape to from a Canadian winter. We loved the place and also meet lots of friendly/helpful owners and likewise seasonal renters. Thank you so much Gretchen and Pete for our stay at your amazing condo. Cheers. Tim and Deb

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo has enough space for our family of 4 which includes two teenage boys who like their space. The outdoor spaces were incredible and if you are anything like us this is where you will spend the majority of your time. The property manager (on site support) was great and often went above and beyond. We asked about restaurants open on Christmas for dinner and he walked to Citrus to gather information for us. The condo location is also perfect for walking to everything you need. The beach is at the end of the common space/pool area with gated access, gated access to leave the property to the front street side will land you with more then enough food/restaurant choices. The night clubs were a little loud for sleeping but a noise machine will take care of that if you are light sleeper. Our kids slept right through it every night. Thank you for such a wonderful week away celebrating Christmas in the Dominican!

Die Anlage ist top. Liegt direkt am Strand und hat schöne Pools mit Liegen und Sonnenschutz. Insgesamt ist die Anlage auch sehr ruhig. Das gilt jedoch nicht für die Appartments die in der Nähe der Rezeption und damit an der Strasse liegen. In der gegenüberliegenden Bar gab es jede Nacht Live Musik bis ca. 1.00h morgens. Die Musik ist so laut, das an schlafen nicht zu denken ist. Hinzu kommt noch der Strassenlärm. Für lärmempfindliche wie mich ist das App. Nicht geeignet. Wer ohnehin jeden Abend bis 1.00h Nachts ausgeht dürfte damit kein Problem haben. Noch zu erwähnen ist der für mich nicht nachvollziehbare Stromverbrauch. Mir ist nicht klar, wie man in 15 Tagen derart hohe Stromkosten verursachen kann. Wir haben nicht einmal die AC ständig an gehabt und die Raumtemperatur war auf 26 Grad eingestellt. Es gab jedoch pro Tag ein Guthaben für Strom das einen der Zusatzkosten abgedeckt hat. Die Anlage selbst verfügt über eine gute Security. Sowohl am Eingang als auch zum Strand. Die Betreuung im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort ist gut. Der Taxi Service funktioniert einwandfrei.

We decided to travel to Punta Cana on our first trip out of the country since the pandemic started once we were fully vaccinated. Here is a breakdown of our experience in May 2021: Communication with Owner and Property Managers: Awesome! Gretchen (owner) was very responsive to our questions and made sure that we had contact details for our property managers. We could not ask for better property managers in Brenda and Marcus. They treated us like we were family and responded promptly to all our questions and requests. Cleanliness of Property: We have rented other beach condos in the USA and none were as clean as the condo in Punta Cana. There was not even a grain of sand on the floor. We were also provided with items to help kick off our vacation that were greatly appreciated (sanitizer, sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets and best of all RUM and a welcome note). Accommodations: We had everything we needed to have a comfortable time in the Condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with items including brand new pots and knives. We were also provided a 5 gallon water dispenser with an additional 5 gallons for back up. We were provided more than enough towels (kitchen, bath and beach) and they were of very good quality. There were ceiling fans and individual thermostats in each living area and the outdoor furniture (balcony and roof) were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sun shade attached to the pergola on the balcony as it allowed us to enjoy the island breeze in the shade most of the day. Location: This was our first time in the area and we loved the fact that so many restaurants were in walking distance. Brenda helped us locate a place in walking distance to get a rapid Covid test that we needed to return to the USA. This area was probably hot spot for night life in pre covid days but we can say we enjoyed the live music and energy until everything stopped each night at curfew. We had great spots on the roof in the evening to see and hear the nightlife. The Playa Turquesa complex is well maintained and very quiet even when there are people enjoying the beach and pools. Security at the entrance and the beach were always alert and recognized us upon entry and exit. The beach bar/restaurant was the perfect place to have a very good cocktail and snack and the staff was great. All in all we had a wonderful time and plan to return in the future and to stay at P405!

The condo was clean and spacious. Plentiful towels and kitchenware. Rooftop patio gave an excellent view of the town; oceanside patio gave pool and ocean views (and breezes). Gretchen and her property management team provided excellent service. Good security on premises. Two things to note: - We traveled in early Feb. The seasonal seaweed problem prevented us from enjoying the water as much as we wanted. - The nightclub nearby plays music very loudly, late into the night. Not every night, but enough to keep us awake when it was on. Neither of these issues are the fault of the property or property owner, but they were the biggest drawbacks of our stay in Punta Cana. In summary, we had a wonderful vacation and very much enjoyed this condo.

Our family of five enjoyed a wonderful stay at Playa Turquesa. The furnishings, balcony view, and natural light in the condo were excellent. All of the resort grounds, landscaping and pools were in wonderful upkeep, as was the beach. The tropical water color was spectacular, and the beach bar restaurant came as an unexpected surprise- the food quality and service are rated 3rd from Trip Advisor in all of the area. On top of the lovely condo and setting, property manager, Brenda proved to be part of the top-notch experience, going above and beyond her role, by taking us to the hospital, during a medical emergent issue. She not only drove us, but kindly waited throughout the admission process. We were provided with detailed restaurant recommendations and other various excursions fro the owner, to round out our stay. Check-in and check-out process was quite smooth. All in all this was an excellent accommodation and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to come back again.

Thank you Gretchen for sharing your wonderful condo with us. Our stay was for the month of February and we had a wonderful time exploring the area. The condo itself is well-decorated and up-to-date. Our favorite spot was out on the balcony, overlooking the ocean and we spent most of our time sitting out there. We very seldom sat inside. We also enjoyed heading upstairs to the expansive rooftop balcony to catch the sunset and watch the area coming alive as tourists headed out for dinner. We met so many wonderful people during our stay, both visitors and locals alike. The staff at TOC, the onsite, beachside restaurant were wonderful. A big shout out to Erick and Guillermo, who always took great care of us and became like family. We booked a few tours, including ATV, catamaran, whale watching and Saona Island. All were fantastic, especially the Samana trip (whale watching, etc) that we booked through Tony, down on the beach. He was a wonderful resource during our stay. We hope to return soon and will certainly try to book this unit. We visited other units during our stay (where friends were staying) and this was by far the best.

Beautiful property with a great beach bar! Short walk to great French bakery with amazing food, Coffee & wine! Around the corner from grocery store and Don Pio restaurant (loved the food, prices & staff)!. Very clean & well kept pool bathrooms on property as well as great security! Will definitely come back!❤️
