"My stay was pretty expensive for a hotel that doesn’t really offer much besides the private beach. The hotel was clean and staff were pretty friendly. Room wasn’t cleaned one of my days and seemed like they had an attitude when I requested clean towels to be delivered. That also took several calls and over 45 minutes to be received. I would stay here again though"

"Resort and stay was beautiful. Food was also very good. The resort staff was very helpful but mind you some of the staff especially housekeeping doesn’t speak any English so have your translation app ready. Also the pools are all warm and jetted not cool."

"AC went out first night. Maintenance came to check and agreed that it was broken. Said he would go let the front desk know. He never did. After waiting an hour I went to the front desk and told them. Finally got us into another room but that AC wouldn't get down below 71. It was cheap but wouldn't stay there again. You also have to pay to park."

"It’s just the most convenient place to stay when going through San Juan but catchigg no a plane the next day. It is clean and serviceable. Small rooms. If you have lots of bags consolidate essentials into one and leave others at the desk."

"The facility is cute. Love the Bali vibes is has going and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The regular rooms are tiny, I had to request an upgrade because it felt claustrophobic and my luggage alone didn’t fit in the standard room I brought 2 carry-ons and one check in bag for 2 people. There’s no closet to hang your clothes or dresser in the standard rooms. When I upgraded to the studio it came with a dresser and was slightly bigger. The TV wasn’t working and had a noise complaint by some youngsters at 8:30p when we were hanging out in the courtyard. Some dude in their late 20’s came out to tell a group of 40yr old to be quiet cause he was trying to sleep 😅"
