「Not worth the money. An okay resort, but the rooms are very dated and in desperate need of TLC. Cracked bathroom tiles, no working ceiling light, the list goes on… Not a mosquito-free resort (regularly bitten even with mosquito repellent on). The food was okay, quite repetitive (especially the deserts). If you don’t eat early by the end of service the food is stone cold, no signs of food temperature being regularly checked (got food poisoning once or twice). Advertising 3 a la carte...

「lack of elevators was the only downside to the resort if you have walking issues, otherwise food was excellent, and so were the staff. Entertainment fantastic, so much better than at Punta Cana. Will certainly revisit. Desk manager Sofia extremely accomodating, housekeeper Mercedes wonderful.」

「The entire staff is fantastic. Friendly, courteous and always helpful, they go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Learning your Spanish is important as many of the staff don't speak English or French. It is also respectful and they appreciate when you, at least try. Some guests smoke cigarettes in areas where they shouldn't be. I'd like to see a more aggressive approach regarding enforcement by the staff. Public areas, hallways and rooms should all be smoke free and most smokers...
