"Location is good, and them having parking (limited, must be booked) is very practical. It’s nice to have pool access, especially for the warmest days. The downsides to our stay: - the room was a bit dusty - room was set up for two, not the three we had booked - receptionist snapped at me several times when checking in, telling me they had sent all info on WhatsApp. She calmed down a bit when she (finally) understood I wanted to _check in_, not park a car, but highly unnecessary to be so rude. "

"This apartment is brand new. Everything about it is great. When we got there the air conditioner was on and the apartment was cool. Sevilla is hot especially in the summer and it was so nice to come in and the apartment was at a nice temperature. I would definitely stay here again. I did run into a question to get in. There were two doors on this building that had the address “No. 3”. I went to the wrong door first. I was confused and so I sent a message to the property manager. They answered...

"The apartment was comfortable, spacious and remarkably quiet in on a busy street (probably due to new windows). It was in a perfect location in the middle of town to serve as a launching point to explore the various neighborhoods and sights in Seville. Great communication with the hosts and easy check-in/check-out."

He met us at the apt to give us a tour and also provided a wonderful overview of the city, sites to visit, and recommendations for our trip. Javier was also so helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and offering guidance for our travel from Portugal to Spain. We hope to book this apt again on our next trip!
