Ich kann diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen. Vom Moment der Buchung an fühlte ich mich von der Gastgeberin Maria bestens betreut. Sie war von Anfang an mit mir in Kontakt, aufmerksam, darauf bedacht, dass nichts schiefgeht, sehr herzlich und sehr an ihren Gästen interessiert.Das Apartment ist sehr stimmungsvoll, wunderschön in der Altstadt gelegen. Es ist ruhig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants – wo man wirklich gut essen kann (z. B. die Pizzeria Urbana - gleich um die Ecke).Wir sind von diesem Ort und den Menschen, die wir hier kennenlernen durften, begeistert – Maria – vielen herzlichen Dank!Wir würden sehr gerne für längere Zeit wiederkommen.

Lovely apartment, great locatcation

Lovely clean apartment. Ideal for the two of us for a 4 night stay. Great location with shops bars and restaurants all in couple minutes walk. All main attractions within walking distance as well. Maria was an excellent friendly host. Who very kindly allowed us to leave our bags in apartment while waiting on evening flight.Highly recommend and would stay again if returning to Sevilla.

Tutto ok unica ed importante pecca, il box doccia inutilizzabile, con il rischio durante l'uso della doccia che un'anta cadesse, cio' anticipato al momento del check-in dalla sra Maria. Forse è il caso di sostituirlo?

In Seville

My daughter and I enjoyed the location and being in walking distance to the historic core of Seville. We had fun riding the bus to learn the layout of different sectors. Tip: C indicates circular routes. Our host was attentive and kept in touch throughout the stay.

Great place.

Nice apartment, well situated, and comfortable. We did not have great weather to start, so we found the apartment a little cool. However they have provided multiple heaters so we were comfortable if we needed. We loved the place, but like many cities in Europe even though we were not in the middle of the city it can be noisy. This is nothing negative on the apartment, but 1st timers need to be aware of Europe and staying in an apartment instead of a hotel can be noisy from the outside. Well stocked kitchen, a couple of nice small balconies to enjoy the outside with a coffee. Marie was super nice offered to let us leave our suitcases in the apartment till it was ready. She even provided coffee and tea. Nothing is perfect, so if you want long showers the Hot water runs out so only shorter ones. It's an older apartment and personally I think the shower needs an upgrade. However we travel alot in Europe and it had everything for our need so no issues for us, loved our stay and host.

La propietaria cercana y atenta.El apartamento tiene buena situación, con supermercados cerca y accesible a todo el centro de Sevilla sin necesidad de transporte.Por las noches és difícil conciliar el sueño, és una calle peatonal, pero con bares a pocos metros con una calle y avenida cerca, donde el ruido de los clientes del bar y coches se hace notar.Cama dura, y en la zona de baño, no estaría mal actualizar la columna de ducha, pues la temperatura del agua no se puede regular y puede no ser lo suficientemente caliente, para algunas personas.

Great Break

Fantastic apartment in Seville

This is a super apartment, ideal for a couple visiting Seville. The apartment has everything you need to make a perfect base for a visit to this lovely city, and Maria the host is super helpful. The apartment is ideally located in easy walking distance from the train station or about a 20euro cab ride from the airport. It is in a perfect spot on the edge of the picturesque narrow streets of the Santa Cruz area. It has several convenient local cafes and a few bars too. Its also easy walking distance to most of the big tourist attractions and 10 mins walk to the Alcazar.Recommended!

Old Town Stay in Seville

The apartment was located within walking distance to many of the main attractions, as well as restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The kitchen was well-equipped, but could have used a more thorough cleaning. The bed was comfortable, however noise from the restaurant at the corner of the street was somewhat loud in the evening. The host was very responsive, and we appreciated her waiting an extra 1 1/2 hours for us to arrive when we were late.
