Comfortable apartment In the Old Town of Seville

  • This apartment is located on the first floor in a car free street close to the famous Jewish quarter Barrio Santa Cruz, and Alfalfa (about 5 minutes walk). It is also close to restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, local shops. banks and buses. There are two small balconies. Public garage about 7 minutes walk. It has one bedroom with a double bed (150cm) and living room with a sofa bed (130cm), and a dining table for four persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with shower.
    Please notice that I collect a 100€ DAMAGE DEPOSIT in cash on arrival that will be returned after your stay if the apartment is left in good condition and nothing broken.

Really nice apartment in a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was great quality. Communication with the host was smooth and very friendly. There are also grocery stores close by, which made things super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

A really nice apartment, clean and in a great location close to local shops and restaurants.Also all the main attractions were all in walking distance so we didn't need to use any transport whilst we were in Seville.

Très belle location, très propre tout est conforme au descriptif, avec climatisation très appréciable il a fait très chaud. Maria nous attendait très bon accueil. Appartement très bien localisé nous avons tout fait à pied. Seville est une ville magnifique beaucoup de monuments et jardins plus beaux les uns que les autres. N hésiter pas à réserver je recommande à 100%.

The apartment was easy to find and good location. The host answered all questions promptly. As described in listing with the exception of a bit of ventilation problem in bathroom resulting in mold issues.

We stayed for 7 days, host met us at the property and showed us where everything was and how to use the washing machine. Apartment is very close to Barrio Santa Cruz and the Jewish quarter, lots of amenities close by like supermarkets, bakery etc. it was a good base to explore the city. If the place had a refresh in paint, furniture, linens and mattress it would be great. It has a lot of charm and local feel. The host was very helpful and we appreciated some basic items that we did not have to buy like cooking oil, coffee, garbage bags.

Lovely apartment, great locatcation

Lovely clean apartment. Ideal for the two of us for a 4 night stay. Great location with shops bars and restaurants all in couple minutes walk. All main attractions within walking distance as well. Maria was an excellent friendly host. Who very kindly allowed us to leave our bags in apartment while waiting on evening flight.Highly recommend and would stay again if returning to Sevilla.

A perfect location

The property is well maintained, and welcoming. It is situated in the Jewish quarter with many interesting shops and sights within walking distance. The train station was about a 12 minute walk, which made day trips easy.
