Our stay at Eurostars Al-Andalus was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room smelled like a sewer, and the bedsheets were damp. Even the blanket had visible stains. We called the front desk to request clean blankets, but it took hours for someone to respond, and we had to call again to remind them. When they finally arrived, the replacement blankets smelled musty. We had an early flight the next morning and desperately needed a good night's sleep, but that was impossible. The room smelled terrible, the bedding was unclean, and dogs barked throughout the night. When I called the front desk to complain about the barking, an employee came up about 30 minutes later. He entered our room and immediately insisted there was no barking, saying, "Where is the noise?" Ironically, as soon as he stepped out, the dogs started barking again. I asked him to wait a few minutes so he could hear it for himself, but instead he became argumentative and repeatedly said they could not move us to another room. To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi, so we couldn't search for another hotel or purchase tickets for the next part of our trip. My children were staying in another room where the air conditioning wasn't working, despite the sweltering heat. The next morning, we called to request an iron before checking out. It didn't arrive after our first request, so we had to call again. When it finally came, the iron had exposed wires, and my daughter was shocked while ironing her

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and we found it to be comfortable overall. While the décor and some of the facilities feel a little dated, the property is still well cared for and offers a pleasant stay. The breakfast was reasonably priced and represented good value, although a wider selection and some improvements in quality would make it even better. One issue we experienced was a very strong odor on the third floor throughout our five-day stay. It smelled as though the area had recently been treated or fumigated, and unfortunately, it did affect our overall experience. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can address for future guests.

We booked a family room for four for a two‑night stay. The photos online looked great, and the lobby initially gave us hope—it’s huge and impressive at first glance. But once we settled in, it became clear the hotel has seen better days. It feels stuck in the early ’90s, with worn-out furnishings and a generally dingy atmosphere. Breakfast was the biggest issue. While the food and selection was very good, the hotel hosts tour groups, and the dining area was overwhelmed. Imagine trying to eat while hundreds of people zigzag around you, bumping into you, all while the noise is absolutely deafening. Not exactly the morning experience we wanted. The one bright spot was the staff. Every employee we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Crisol Jardines de Córdoba! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the pool and gardens were perfect for relaxing after exploring Córdoba. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff was so helpful, we had an issue with the AC in our room, they made sure to go above and beyond to get it resolved and upgraded our stay and offered a complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
