Comfy beds. I liked that the bunks didn't look on to one another. Enjoyed the roof terrace. A great escape from the city below. Location is great. More could be done to clean the dorms each day. Alot of people seemed to be just staying one night and aside from bed changes and bin being emptied it didn't appear that anything else in the room was cleaned. Floors desperately needed doing.

Couldn’t fault the hostel. Staff were really friendly the communal areas were well maintained and everything was always very clean! I stayed in an 8 bed room and there were three separate bathrooms with showers in the room which I found really helpful. Each bed got a large draw under the bed and also a really large cupboard too. Each bed also had a towel hook which other hostels don’t provide. There were also hairdryers in each bathroom. Would highly recommended

All staff were very kind and friendly, and all the beds were located in vertical line, which was very helpful when someone wanted to use some lights in their bed and that didn’t bother other people in the room so much at late night. Would love to stay here again next time!

This is a great hostel! My friends and I shared a private room and really enjoyed the room set up. Having two sinks outside of the toilet/shower room was very convenient for when we were getting ready in the morning. There was lots of space in the room to spread out our bags and things. The beds were comfy and warm, but I will say, the top bunk is very high up and the ladder isn’t the most comfortable to use. We didn’t have towels in out room when we got there, so I asked the staff at the reception and she was a bit hesitant to give us the towels, but after I explained we didn’t have any, she gave us some. I would stay here again if I solo travel to Sevilla or come with friends again!

This was the first hostel I ever stayed in and it was a great experience! Most of the staff was super kind and friendly (except 1 girl), everything was very clean, it was walkable to everything you’d want to see in Seville, there was sooo much locker room, and they stored my luggage for me when I had to checkout way before my train left.

The place is well located , the deco is nice, but the reception is not helpful , not welcoming and not nice. I've been in other hostels that were not in good conditions but where the staff was super nice.

it was my first time ever staying at a hostel and it was an amazing experience. the room was clean, comfortable and inviting. i chose the women only room. it’s located in a good area that’s walkable to explore. the only thing i was confused about was that i checked in online and chose to rent towels and check in my back age before hand, however i didn’t get charged until i got there, which was fine, but i was confused whether i was charged beforehand or not. overall great experience

Toilets flooded in the night, leaving a half inch of sewage water in the showers and on the bedroom floor. No place to change, and staff were at first rude and unhelpful in accommodating a place to shower/change, and took hours to sufficiently address the problem. Eventually was provided another place to shower and store my luggage. Was not refunded for my second night there, but was provided a new room. Would not stay there again.
