There is nothing anyone can possibly say negative about this property. From the moment of arrival it was exclusivity and luxury at its finest. We had the most basic room in the Villa and I could not have asked for anything more. Giovanni showed us around the property upon arrival and answered every possible question we had... we felt like we had our own personal concierge. We have already planned to return. The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.

This is one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever stayed. The room was very large with a beautiful patio overlooking Lake Como. The breakfast was large and amazing serving foods from their own private gardens. Mary and her staff are outstanding and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Don’t miss a chance to stay here! Beautiful, immaculately kept property. Digital key service is convenient, well stocked rooms, automated mower ran to keep the property neat. Plenty of recommendations for attractions. Excellent Chinese food restaurant across the street. I’d stay here again for subsequent visits, hands down.

For a small hotel, this has the feeling of a large luxury resort. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home. I was truly so pleasantly surprised by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the beautiful Lake Como. No need for water views; this hotel has everything you could ever want.
