Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.

We absolutely loved this hotel even though it is quite away from the center of Como. Great, modern, very spacious rooms. Huge table with chairs in the common area, sofa. I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. Great location, easy shuttle to Malpensa, lovely pool area...too bad we did not have enough time to really enjoy it. Luckily we were there on a Tuesday, so we could enjoy the local market!

This hotel was one of two unexpected gems. I cannot stress this enough, people. GO here. And get a room with a lake view. Pay extra for it if you have to, it's SO worth it. Excelente personal y habitaciones

Very convenient if you arrive late or depart early. Easy 3 minute walk to the bus stop (it is free, between Terminal 1 and 2, the bus stop is at Casa Nouve. Nice breakfast.

Great place to stay night before flying

We stayed in five different hotels during our trips and Atahotel is the best one. The room is spacious. The facility, the whole hotel is very new and big. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. There is no public transportation right outside of hotel, but the hotel provides free shuttle to the nearest subway station, which is about 5 min drive.

This is a beautiful hotel with a full delicious breakfast buffet of hot foods and ham, cheeses, etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and it’s located on the waterfront. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful location next to restaurants and old churches. Absolutely stunning views. Love Como.

The MIlan Suite hotel is a quiet hotel in a quiet neighbourhood and is a short 10min walk to the Villapizzone train station. There is also a bus stop right near the hotel that can take you to the city center in around 15mins. Staff are very friendly and check-in was very fast.
