「Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. 「If you look at the pictures advertised there was a lack of honesty. The pictures advertised that every room would have a beautiful view of the mountain. This was not the case, our view was of the backyard where there were a bunch or run down items. The WiFi did not work and when I reached out to the host I received no response. 「Our stay was great here. The room was neat and tidy. We loved the little balcony off of our room and the shared bigger one as well. The hot tub was not warm but this might be normal for Italy. The main entrance is difficult To find the first time so better directions/picture may help. After that it was easy each time. Great central location also.」
