「Little apartment just outside the busy streets of Como City Centre, which I preferred in this instance. Easy to get to from the train station without having to find a taxi, and also with a supermarket next door for groceries. Como lake is just few steps away, literally. 「Great location. Because it is very central (5 mins walk to the ferry and Como Lago train station) you may hear some noise from people passing on the street below. Accommodation was very well equipped. NB there is no lift and most of the accommodation offered was on the 3rd floor. Near plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and gelaterias. Cathedral within 4 mins walk and church round the back of the apartment so you may hear the odd bell bong-ing.」

「Ganska krånglig incheckning. När vi närmades oss boendet så blir vi meddelade att vårt rum ej är städat (klockan var 17:30) och vi tidigast skulle kunna tillträda vårt rum 18.30. Ingen ursäkt eller kompensation. Altanen var ej städad, låg chips, choklad på golvet, saft spillt på stolarna. Utomhus belysningen funkade inte i trapporna och billaddningen funkade ej. Så det var inte värt pengarna.」

「Location excellent, 5 stars with views across lake and able to sit on balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of the small boats coming and going at the jetty. Very hot when we stayed but the Aircon in all rooms was very efficient, and the windows were excellent at keeping any street noise out, a good undisturbed nights sleep. The property was a little worn and would benefit from some update and maintenance in places, but had all you needed and owner was very responsive.」

「Wir hatten mit unserer Familie einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert und entspannt, der Preis war für das Gebotene mehr als fair. Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber, modern und wirkt, als wäre sie erst vor Kurzem komplett neu eingerichtet worden. Besonders im Sommer sind die Klimaanlagen ein großer Pluspunkt. After that was a message regarding uploading our personal documents - which was acceptable. Finally they even asked for a video call to verify my identity. The appartment is really confortable for five, the air conditioning was really useful as we there when there was the heat wave. We slept very well. The only suggestion for improvement is ; if you wanted to cook, there were not a lot of pots and pans and not a lot of ustencils, no cutting knives or good knives nor a lot of cooking ustencils.
