"Perfect location "

"The location is great - walking distance to major attractions. Room was small but the cost was reflective of that. A big of a very respectful housing challenged next door but we walked to and from at all hours and didn’t have a single issue. Right across from police station too "

"My room was very dirty and poorly maintained, there was thick layers of dust on a number of surfaces,,stained walls, mildew and mouldy shower, the tap was completely loose. I had no sleep as mentioned in other reviews the air con (even when not on) makes whirring and clunky noise ALL night long and there’s nothing you can do to stop it, it kept me awake. In addition the cleaner began hoovering at 6.30am in the hallway, avoid here, there are better options of same or lower cost nearby "
