Everything about my stay at short notice was excellent — from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless room and comfortable bed. The amenities were top-notch, and the service was friendly and efficient. Even the price was surprisingly reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

It’s conveniently located in the heart of Sydney CBD next to World Square.
The room is clean and spacious. The air con works perfectly. The kitchenette is well equipped. The only thing I don’t like is the noise of the fridge.

Hotel was fine, clean and not far from the airport. Staff were efficient but not very welcoming, no pride in customer service. Also dissapointed with the 'Executive Lounge' offering, which turned out to be 10 minutes worth (we arrived at 6.20, and apparently this only runs from 5-6.30) of a Canape Service in the middle of the main restaurant and a buffet breakfast (also just in the restaurant). Definitely not as advertised.

After living in this hotel with my family of 4 for 7 nights, I like how convenient it is, with various food options and the train, metro and bus stop right by the hotel. Popular places like chinatown, surry hills and george street are just a bus/tram ride down. The airport is only an 18min train ride away, which is very accessible.

The hotel’s location was very convenient — just a short walk from Town Hall Station, and easy to get to places like Chinatown and Darling Harbour. It was located at the corner of the main street where they were many dining options to choose from.
Staff were friendly when approached and offered help readily.
However, the room was a bit small as it was difficult to open 2 large luggages within the room. I had to open mind in the narrow corridor in the room. The design was also a bit dated.
Otherwise, still a good stay in view of the location and price.
