We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.

"Stayed for 2 nights. Standard ensuite twin room. Room had everything but was compact somewhat snug. Ensuite was interesting as it was separates by glass part of which could be frosted by a switch. Only a third was still clear which meant it was private. It also had no blinds bringing in too much ..."
