"The hotel was very nice. It was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious. The bathroom looked like it had been updated and was very nice and spotless. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a large variety of items to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This was my favorite hotel we stayed in during our trip to Portugal. I want to go back to Porto just to revisit the hotel! The pool was amazing if you are going during the spring / summer months, rooms were spacious and the beds so comfortable! The front desk staff were so gracious with recommendations. The grounds themselves provided the best nooks for reading and relaxing after a day of sightseeing around Porto."

"The hotel was immaculate, it looked like it had been built the day before. The staff were very friendly especially the navigator who contacted us in advance to offer help with recommendations and days out. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel left us a beautiful message, champagne and treat to celebrate which was very thoughtful. Pool area was brilliant, a little windy at times. Only downside was the breakfast at 30€ each without the quality to match. Likely cost due to champagne being included but wasn’t something we wanted."

"No one on the reception desk after 7:00 p.m. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m. please make sure the hotel sent the room number and security code before you arrive. I arrived around 8:00 p.m. since the train was delayed. No matter you called the EMERGENCY number which the hotel showed on the reception, but NO one answer the call. Second, staff opened your door to deliver the breakfast at 6:45 a.m. They were totally ignored the signage ‘Take a break. Do not disturb’ on the door. To be honest, the hotel is clean and new. They can do BETTER."

"The place is truly a hidden gem. You feel like a guest in a home. It’s decorated beautifully. I normally struggle with sleeping in hotels but I was getting the best night sleep. The place has a coat feel even though it’s decorated like a place out of a magazine. All the staff were very helpful and extremely nice. I definitely recommend that you book your stay here. I had a wonderful time."
