「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. 」

「The unit is really good, spacious, clean and perfect location. It is challenging without AC when it is hot, but most places do not have AC in Paris. You should know that there is no on site staff, so it is self check in and check out with taking and dropping keys within 5-7 mins walk. I general I am happy with it」

「Excellent stay except: heater in bedroom wasn’t working. Heated towel rack also not working and also there were no instructions for it. The host offered to send workers to repair them during our stay but it should have been checked before our stay. 」

「Amazing property in a very well located building close to the Eiffel tour, Pont Alma and many other Parisian musts. It is perfect for couples. Even though is a typical French studio space has been masterfully used. The communication with the property management was amazing we had to send a few messages sending questions and our answers never took more than a few minutes to be received. It was a great customer service experience on their end.」

「The location was amazing! I had read reviews that the Ubers or cabs would not take you all the way up to Montmartre and that we would need to climb the many stairs to reach the apartment self . That was not true. We never had issues getting Ubers to drop us off but did have a tough time getting picked up early Sunday am to head to the train station. We are an active family and walked everywhere from this location or took a train. The number of stairs to get to this area easily 180 steep...
