"Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell. "The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Very modern. The staff in the lobby was very nice to us. But there was once employee who was significantly rude to us. It was 9 pm and I was getting ready to leave for dinner and somebody complained about me walking in heels inside the room. When the employee came to the room about the complaint he was extremely rude. "

"The staff was very nice and offered recommendations when checking in. The room was very clean, they also provided a hair dryer. Breakfast started at 6:30am, I thought the food was great. The location is very close to the train station by taxi, maybe a 20-25 minutes if walking. When leaving you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. I would definitely stay here again. "
