Sadly we only got to see this property late at night and really early in the morning on the way to Piraeus Port after a late flight in. But we checked in smoothly and quickly and the room was comfortable and clean. Worth returning to if we have more time next time.

Beautiful boutique hotel with great amenities. You simply can’t beat the location. Steps away from Monastiraki subway station and tons of great restaurants, coffee places and bars (the hotel bar is great too) in every direction. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean, beautifully designed and decorated. Awesome bathroom. The huge balcony had partial acropolis views as well as the beautiful observatory building. I would definitely return.

I GOT PICKPOCKETED ON THE TRAIN TO PIRAEUS! NEVER EVER TAKE THE TRAINS! TAKE TAXIS.

Get to Piraeus early -- it's a big port, and where you get your tickets printed may be across the port from where your ferry leaves. Bring an umbrella to Greece, for sun on the islands and rain on the mainland. While waiting for our ferry at Piraeus, we got caught in a rainstorm that turned into a hailstorm, and the indoor waiting areas and overhangs filled up quickly with everyone else waiting for their ferries.
