Socrates' Prison Tours

The hotel was pretty clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. However, the surrounding area felt a little shady and wasn’t somewhere we felt especially comfortable. We were also woken up several times during the night by other guests yelling, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel itself was fine, but next time I would spend a little extra money to stay in a better area.

Staff was helpful, however a couple things to keep in mind. They put the name and room number on your key so if it was lost or dropped anywhere, anyone could get in as it is easily accessible to go up the stairs to any of the rooms. I would not say the breakfast was worth €18. Many of the things they said they would have such as lattes or cappuccinos were not available. Rooms are very quiet. And the rooms have balconies, which allow you to open the windows to get fresh air.
