The staff and hotel was good our only complaint was that the pool was broken and that was one of the reasons we booked. The kids were disappointed but most likely just bad timing for us. The breakfast was really good with the orange juice machine a huge hit for the kids

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Some features of the room were outdated, but overall good cleanliness. Unfortunately the pool was closed so we weren’t able to take advantage.

Lovely hotel. Needs some modernisation in places but overall everything was in good condition. Not quite up to 5 star standards but everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was nice and large which made our stay better. Could use some maintenance in the room to fix a few things or replace. Breakfast room was nice but the chairs were a bit of a letdown for a 5 star hotel and sadly the pool was out of order and not sure when it will be available again. A massive thank you to the staff at Breakfast who worked extremely hard. I can’t remember the name on one of them but he was always smiling and making sure everyone was looked after but they all were doing a great job and made the experience nice.

I highly recommend this place specially if you are going on a cruise 🚢 walkable to ferry terminal as well as to cruise terminal. The food and the Americano in the restaurant are really good 👍 so many places to visits in the area as well like the Zea Marina.

Perfectly located at the edge of the Toledo old town. Right next-door to the El Greco Museum. Made for a wonderful stay. The staff in the adjacent little restaurants owned and operated by the hotel also very welcoming and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel the last 3 summers! The reason we stay there is because they have a roof top pool, we love the atmosphere of Piraeus and it is convenient to the cruise ship port! The Expedia website promotes this property by listing one of the amenities as being a ROOF TOP POOL, they LOST THEIR LICENSE TO HAVE A POOL in JANUARY OF 2026! This is false advertising and I fell for it, shame on you Expedia for false advertising!!!!!

We wanted a hotel close to cruise port. The rooms were small but nice. The restaurant was very good. Their breakfast buffet was fantastic! We were less than 10 minutes to cruise port. Lots of small businesses you could walk too! Great place to stay!

It was clean, room was sizeable, bathtub and big balcony (no balcony furniture though) but the pool (big reason for booking) had been closed for reconstruction! We were told at check-in that it had been closed & info posted on their website since February. I booked in mid March & never saw any indication that pool was closed (sorry I didn't take a screenshot!) The pool closure message is -not- on their website homepage & you have to drill down deeper to find the closure message. And there won't be a pool for maybe another year. Breakfast was not terrible but the neighborhood is.

Great pre cruise option. Good breakfast, safe, clean, established. Front desk helped me by printing my luggage tags I forgot for free. There is a Zara and H& M around the corner and a cute bistro right past them on the third floor with a view of the marina called Nice and Easy Bistro. Great Gnochi. Overall would stay again when I cruise next time.

First, I would like to start by saying the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean. I just wish the shower and bathtub was wider. That’s my only pet peeve. Also the gym could use an upgrade other than that the hotel was great, especially the staff.

The hotel is overall ok, is an old structure, not so well maintained. Despite so the room is somehow cozy and spacious, bed is comfy and level of cleanliness is good. Gym is good, adding some more weight will make it perfect. Staff was very gentle and cooperative.
