I got a message that the cleaning crew was running behind and check in will be delayed beyond 4PM so I went to a friends place a half mile away to visit. When I checked in at 5:30, the trash, which had food scraps in it, had not been emptied. "We stayed for a week over the 4th of July holiday. The house is beautiful, with every amenity you could ask for. The pool is great and has enough shade, so you are not baking in the sun. The outdoor eating area by the grill is also great. Inside, everything was perfect; the kitchen has everything you need. Going up the stairs does get tiresome as the master is on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms are very spacious. The only thing we noticed was that the AC unit did not cool the 3rd floor as well as...

"We really enjoyed our stay as far as the size of the property and the location. It was very safe. The only downside was the air conditioner, not clean the house enough and the ants in the shower. However, the host was very responsive and did try to send someone out to fix the air conditioner but two nights of sleep were very uncomfortable with the house being upwards of 75° and quite humid. "
