The hotel is in a nice location.. the beach access was great and the employees were all nice, however, the room was DISGUSTING. Clumps of hair all over, including in the bedding and hairs on the “clean” towels. The shower had hair in it. The room felt humid/damp despite the air being on 70. There were worn contacts on the floor.. none of us wear contacts. Also the bath rug is not a towel that’s washed and it just felt gross. The ad says beach chairs are available. It doesn’t say surcharge but everything is for rent. The hotel restaurant automatically ads gratuity on all tabs regardless of party size.

You could see the ocean from our balcony. Pool was next to the beach . A lot of restaurants in walking distance or you can eat at the hotel. Rooms are up to date and clean.

Pros: -Right on the beach -Clean -Walking distance to coffee shops/restaurants Cons: -Didn’t expect to be nickled and dimed for chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The hotels rents those separately for $15/$25 a day. -There was a drama in one of the rooms on our floor with intoxicated guests yelling at each other/playing loud music in the hallway starting at 11 pm the first night of our stay. That lasted for a couple of hours and security didn’t come to resolve until 1 am.

The room were not clean, I had to call daily to get the room serviced and even when it did get serviced they did the bare minimum! Made the beds! No sheets were changed no bathrooms were cleaned to counters were wiped bone of that! The pool was the same thing daily issue with towels! Had to wait hours for towls to be available, not enough seating if you’re lutyou get a chair! Overall the property was nothing like described. Very disappointed.

Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Room service wasn't the best and had to ask several times for toiletry refills and such (because they said they would bring it and then never did). I also was hoping they would clean the room a little better between days. If I had cleaning supplies I would have myself! I have two young kids that make messes. It would be nice if they had a lifeguard or someone supervising the pool. A drunk man almost landed on my son when he decided to fall in the pool. So, maybe not the most kid friendly.

The resort is showing its age. Hallways always had garbage next rooms, and needed a good vacuuming. One of the two elevators were out of commission the entire week. Rooms were cleaned every day but could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly and attentive when needed.

The poolside area had plenty of chaise lounge chairs. It was nice to be able to get fresh beach towels each day as I didn't pack towels. The tiki bar was convenient and had a friendly staff. The fact that the beach is just a few steps away from the pool area was great.

The property was very nice, I particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bed, which is very important to me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was spring break, so the pool area was overcrowded, but that’s expected. Only one elevator was working, so at times it was a bit of a wait to get up to the room. The valet system worked very well and there’s also a self park option. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again

The place is nice. The pool area is nice. We felt like it nickled and dimed you for everything. If you wanted a pool lounge chair closest to fence to be able to look out while by the pool, you had to pay to rent it. These should have bee included. There were lounge chairs in front of the resort, on the beach, that also had to be rented. The place next door provided those for their guest. With my family of 4, we would have paid $ 60a day to sit by the beach or at the pool looking out at the beach. The cost of the hotel is not worth the price for what you get. The drinks were ridiculously expensive at the hotel bar and pool bar, 2 drinks $40.

The hotel is fine - just ok. Beach chairs were dated - the pool area is small and crowded. The restaurant service was very slow and the food 4/10. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is wonderful. The only issue room wise is you can hear your neighbors clearly. I like the hotel - it isnt the best/worst place I ever stayed. Will book elsewhere if bact in Ft. Lauderdale.

Our room was gross. It was not clean. I cleaned the shower before using it. There was sand on the floor everywhere. Every day. It was never cleaned. The bedding was never changed. There were long hairs all over the bedding. There was unfinished wood framing on the bath door frame. The door squeaked SO loud. There were greasy smudges on the walls and light switches. One elevator was out of service the whole time. Staff wasn’t very polite. I asked for silverware and it never came. I had to go to the lobby and was give a plastic set. The ice room on 5th floor was disgusting.

The hotel location is great. This was a quick girls adult weekend. The hotel had a variety of guests, lots of kids and families. Most clientele were well behaved, no problems for us. Our room was clean, a couple of small things missed but was able to get when I saw housekeeping on our floor. They have a nice light system to signify when you want your room serviced. The reviews about the showers are true. Water does get out of the shower. The hot water issue—-there is a safety button on the knob you need to press and turn towards hot. We had no problems with hot water. The jet skis and rentals are right where the beach is in front so not all that peaceful if you are looking for quiet. We rented beach chairs, two umbrellas and cushions for the entire day 10 hrs $85 total. They use a four wheeler to drag the chairs around and it is very disruptive throughout the day and kicks up sand. The pool deck has free chairs but no umbrellas and has a nice view of the ocean. Pool area was clean. The prices of food and alcohol was an absurd amount. Walkable distance to a grocery is well worth it and there is a refrigerator in room, no microwave. A microwave was available in ice machine room if needed. The gift shop was ridiculously expensive-$6 for chapstick. No coffee available until 8am that you have to buy. They should have free coffee in lobby for the morning. The price reflects the location. I would consider staying again.

We really enjoyed it. Lunch on the deck was good. Parking was convenient. Location was good. Partial view of the ocean was not so great.

Sound transmission through the demising wall was disturbing. The neighbors made noise late into the night. We thought about requesting a change of rooms, but decided it would be too much of an inconvenience.
