"The property is nice looking the parking was minimal. There are some quality control issues at the location and you can definitely see it. We checked in and found 4–5 black hairs on a clean pillow. The bathrooms are definitely lacking maintenance with a handle falling off our sink the toilet was wobbly and leaking at the gasket on the floor the silicone was peeling off around the toilet and sinks and the drain in the tub was not draining well at all, when you have a shower you are 2-3 inches...

Outlets not secure in wall. Very loose. Few of the outlets would not hold the plug. The plug kept falling out. The floor fan was helpful to move the stale air. "The gracious and professional service is one of the key reasons I enjoy staying at this resort in addition to the pool with two hot tubs, patio barbecues, and all of the amenities in the rooms. It is hands-down my favourite place in Canmore."
