「I didn’t like anything. The hotel smelled horrible, fan in bathroom didn’t work just horrible」

「So an ocean front room wasn’t exactly what I was expecting because the window opens out to where everybody walks past the door so I didn’t really keep the curtains open to even look at the ocean because there were always people walking by. I had to move rooms because my booking got split between two different rooms, which I didn’t know until the last minute, but whatever ended up in a private balcony room that was better cause at least I could keep the curtains open although the view is the side...

「The rooms were clean and just finr BUT the pool area was disgusting. Cigarette buts all over and bandaide in the pool. The green fake turf around the pool was very gross and unappealing. The kids didn't even want to go in.」

「Checking in etc was easy and the man on the front desk was very nice and helpful. Very noisy in the room with kids running up and down the corridor screaming and the same once they got into their room. The room want very clean. The ac squealed all night long with water rust marks all on tye floor around it. The bathroom wasnt clean and the shower was something from the 70s and wore out. Trying to get hot water when showering was interesting as the knob just pun around 😆 the pool area wasn’t...
