「No elevator and vending machines on the second floor were broken.」

「The room was filthy. We had 6 people and reserved a room with 2 full beds and a sleeper sofa. Upon arrival there were 2 beds and a futon laying flat. There were no sheets, pillows, blankets for the futon. There were 2 towels In the room. I returned to the office to ask for additional bedding. The staff brought it to the room and it was unfolded, and left in a heap on the futon. The towels were wet. The sheets on the made beds were wrinkled and covered in hair. It looked like they had been slept...

「Kind of dingy halway leading to room, room nothing special, saw a few ants in different places in the room.」

「Had a mini apartment for the week basically. We loved it, to be fair though when we go to the beach we just want a clean place to sleep and get ready we are not in the room majority of the time. Had a small kitchen, living area, plus bathroom and bedroom and balcony. This was our 3rd year staying here but first time in this room and will deff be booking it again next year.」

「田舎の典型的なチェーンホテル。昨年来のハリケーン被害などもありリニューアルされているので、きれい。観光地ではないので、宿泊客はビジネスオンリー。その分常連客ばかりなのでみんな顔見知り。ホテル周辺にはレストランが2つとCOSTCO、マック、スタバが徒歩圏内。それ以外はなにもない。土地柄、ユダヤ系のひとが多いので、ホテルのロビーも若いカップルのデートスポットになっている。」

「everything was perfect. I will suggest one thing the filters to the air conditioners should be cleaned once a week. I checked this because I have breathing conditions and I clean them with soap and water」
