Great motel! The staff is amazing, they really treat you like family. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will definitely be staying again! PS- don’t forget to tell them to put your birthday on this sign!

Nice, family owned property. Excellent location about 3 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dated but clean. The only complaint I had was there was no coffee pot and the hot water in the shower was unpredictable. I would stay there again.

Sydney was very friendly and professional during check-in, offering recommendations for food around the boardwalk. They were very prompt to bring extra bedding and linens. Very clean motel. We will be returning because the room/motel was clean, staff was courteous and helpful and the location is perfect!

Great location! Walking distance to everything. Outside looks very nice and inviting and better than other motels around. Inside is a bit older, but perfect for shorter stay. Pool is very nice and patio upstairs was perfect to relax. Man in front desk was very helpful and let us check in earlier- thank you. Definitely coming back ❤️

As far as budget friendly motel options go, this place is really good! The owners are friendly. Check in was seamless. Room was overall pretty clean. No weird smells. And hardwood floor which is way better than the dirty carpet at other places. It was very quiet as well. A great place to stay for two nights.

Staff were great, room not clean visible mold on cover that encased the box spring. Only emptied trash once during 4 night stay. Never picked up dirty towels or brought any to us. Thank god outside closet door left unlocked so we could get our own. There was a leak from the bathroom above to our bathroom to the point we couldnt use the toilet. As nice as the owner and staff were. It didnt make up for the up keep or actual service. Would not stay there again.

I enjoyed my overnight stay at Sunrise Motel. The motel was clean, staff very friendly and respectful. My kids enjoyed there time at the pool the moment we arrived until the sun came down! As far as areas of improvement in the room itself I would recommend adding a microwave for families. A lot of us are buying food at the boardwalk and need to reheat items. In addition the bathroom shower heads could be updated. Other than these two minor things I would certainly return back.

The place is a little dated but clean. Short safe walk to the beach/boardwalk. We stayed just before the start of the season. Not much activity when we were there. It was quiet. Although construction was happening across the street, but that will not be there forever. Diagonally across is a Deli which was great for coffee and breakfast we even had lunch there. Everything we had was delicious. Staff at the Deli were nice and pleasant. I understand that during the season the hotel includes breakfast and tickets to the beach. (we stayed off season, we didn't use this, can't comment) The Staff at the hotel were really nice, family run, oriented. Nice place to stay, didn't have the commercial feel most hotels have. There isn't any staff on premises after hours. There is a number to call. The place brought back memories of old family vacations. Pool was clean and there was enough space to lay out. Overall, I'd stay here again.

When you walk into a Seaside Motel office, these are the people you hope are behind the desk. Or in this case, seated around a coffee table chatting and instantly welcoming you into the conversation, and making sure you have everything you need. Super clean. Super close to the beach. No fuss.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and served our needs. It was nice to have the kitchenette. Sofa bed needs replaced. Staff was out early morning, making the outside space beautiful. The motel is very pretty at night. Colored doors, colored lights, and flowers! I enjoyed the sunset from my room. I did not swim, but the pool looked good! There is plenty of outside seating by the pool and on upper deck. It is a short walk to boardwalk and beach. Lots of good food, shopping, and entertainment. Sunrise over the ocean was fabulous!

We was on a family vacation and had our kids & literally 2 doors over all day and all night there was people smoking weed and we couldn't even sit outside with our kids and enjoy the pool or nothing & the staff was rude didn't check on us not once for anything we even needed bathroom essentials and they said ok and never gave it to us then got mad when we had to go to the office again and ask for it overall i would never stay here again

Nice area to be close to beach and boardwalk! We stayed here for the area. However, my stay was not the best at this place😕 and I won’t recommend that motel to anyone. From a leak in the 1st room, then having to switch rooms 2 times because the hotel “regular visitors” need the room we were switched to. Very inconvenient for my family with an infant without much consideration. Rooms are old, there’s rust on most items from the bathroom to kitchen, the mattress covers have stains, rooms have “musty”and “smoke” smell. The “regulars” visitors are up late at night noisy with singing, drinking beers loud. What a stay it was for 4 days😓

Army vet with a bad back ask the front for a other room with better bed. No help owner was angered with me saying why you hit the book button? I responded well you cant feel the bed. & you also are charging double rates 5 when the motel is dirty! Ran down people smoming weed outside till 4am yelling. kids cant enjoy the property Not a family hotel at all all the rooms are stuck back in the 1970 with its furnishing never got a discount for my problem. And left two days early so they never refunded the 2 days and never helped me with my problem. Stay away from this place they have no respect for service members or any family or anybody who gives them business don't listen to the good reviews as they are masking The bad reviews with good reviews

If you’re looking for a suite for the family or multiple for all your friends too, this is the place you want to be. This place is extremely affordable, especially for all you get. Everything was very clean! The staff were excellent and the pool was great! They also offer gas grills to use. I can’t say enough great things about this place. And a 3 min walk to the boardwalk/ beach. You can’t beat it! We can’t wait to book our vacation here for next summer!
