Please remember that you're staying in a House, not a Hotel, treat the space with respect. If any inconvenience occurs, please let us know and we will do what is in our hands and as soon as possible. However, there is no staff attending at the Condominium 24/7.
We provide as a courtesy of some Amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, trash bags, water, dishwashers, etc that are not replenished during the stay.
Does not include daily cleaning service, but if you wish we can schedule it at an additional cost.
Electricity is included in the Short Stays (2-27 Nights). Please help the Planet saving Energy using the ACs optimally maintaining an indoor Temperature of 25°C.
Electricity is not included in the Largas Stays (from 28 Nights) and will have an additional cost of $4 MXN Pesos per KwH
