"It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

"Very convenient location. Room is good size. nice kitchetnette. the woman is not helpful, she wont even give a telephone call to a local cab. The man is shouting in Bulagarian language, if he dont agree with his terms. "Fawlty Towers" Food no i would miss. Breakfast i would give it a miss. should have bought my own food."

"Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what !
