「A place where you can rest assured, because Ms. Milena Nikolova is a great professional :) The breakfast is excellent, as are the pools.....but the Spa center leaves a lot to be desired.」

「日本の温泉をイメージしてたので、スパにはややがっかりしましたが、でも、施設、駐車場、スタッフ、朝食、など、やはり、一流だな、と感じました。街歩きするにも最高の立地。周囲に、もう少し手頃なスパホテルがあるので迷いましたが、スパ目的だったので、老舗のブランドを考慮し、ここを選択しました。サンダンスキの街自体が素晴らしく、ここのホテルと合わせて、とても満足のいく滞在ができました。」

「It is very clean. The appartment was spaciouse, clean, had a great view. The swimming pool was clean and good for swimming. We will definitely come back. The testaurant offered a lot of food options.」

「Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. 」

「It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

「別の地でKempinskiには何度か宿泊したが、全て快適で会った（料金はそれなりに安価とは言えないが）。今回も期待に沿うものであった。　街の中心部からはやや離れているが、散歩がてらと思えば十分に徒歩圏内。　Winter sports 目的の場合にはropewayに隣接しているので理想的。　駐車料金無料。」
