「The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Pictures on the Expedia web site are deceiving. Old with small rooms that lack even a bench to place your suitcase. It had space for a small suitcase only, the type that you take with you onboard on an airplane. Beakfast is just O.K. nothing special. Bathroom was old with cheap skinny towels. Not worth the $140 per night that we paid, maybe $70 would had been the correct price considering the facilities.」

「Nice to have spa on-site. Rooms were quite warm and beds not very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by food despite previous reviews. Lovely bar/ lounge area. Conveniently close to ski station.」

「Visited the hotel during tough time for tourism. It was rather empty with only another family staying there that night. Lovely, clean rooms, warm upon arrival, which was a nice touch on a chilly autumn evening. Although they produce wine, no wine tasting available. Spa doesn't invite when its facilities are all off and switched on only upon request. But we do understand it's not very eco-friendly to have facilities on when there are no guests. 「Close to the gondola, restaurants and bars. Decent service, clean and staff were friendly enough. Rooms qere sloghtly small if I'm being picky, otherwise a lovely stay」

「浴槽があったので、お湯をはり入浴。お湯を抜こうと栓を開けると、お湯が抜けず便器の前の排水口から溢れてきて、バスルームは水浸しに。フロントに電話しようにも説明書類はブルガリア語のみ、やむなく外線で電話した。部屋を変えるというが、夜も遅いし明日修理ということで、応急に敷くタオルを持って来させたが、そなタオルに髪の毛が残っていた。周りに何も無く街まで車で20分かかる。夕食をリゾート内のレストランで済ませたが、チップを要求された。ブルガリアではチップの習慣は無いはずなのに。翌日、排水の修理ができず部屋を変わることに。前夜の不便に対する補償を求めると、ランクアップした部屋に変えたので、それだけ。と言われる。しょうがないが、図体だけゴージャスで中身が伴っていない気がした。」

「Good location, very central, friendly staff. Travelled for weekend along with my wife. Good dinner buffet. Breakfast did not have much choices for vegetarian/ vegan.」

「This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. 」

「Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing...

「Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had...

「Resepsiyondan itibaren başlayan ilgisiz ve asık suratlı karşılama tüm çalışanlarda açıkça görülüyor. Oda gayet pis. Luxury oda hariç balkon yok. Yataklar ve örtüler eski. Dekor berbat. Konum olarak da gondolaya uzak kalıyor. Yürüyerek ulaşım çok uzak, araç kullanmak gerekiyor. Tüm bunlar eklenince rezervasyon 4 gün olmasına rağmen sadece 1 gece kalıp ayrıldık. 」

「Great hotel, and great location not even 10 min walk from the gondola and main attractions. Room was very spacious and tidy, the balcony was the crown jewel as it was looking the mountains and slopes. Very tidy and clean. Staff was very friendly and the amenities were great. Was just missing some cooking pans and cutlery to use the kitchen and the hobs」
