「別の地でKempinskiには何度か宿泊したが、全て快適で会った（料金はそれなりに安価とは言えないが）。今回も期待に沿うものであった。　街の中心部からはやや離れているが、散歩がてらと思えば十分に徒歩圏内。　Winter sports 目的の場合にはropewayに隣接しているので理想的。　駐車料金無料。」

「The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give.」

For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. 「日本の温泉をイメージしてたので、スパにはややがっかりしましたが、でも、施設、駐車場、スタッフ、朝食、など、やはり、一流だな、と感じました。街歩きするにも最高の立地。周囲に、もう少し手頃なスパホテルがあるので迷いましたが、スパ目的だったので、老舗のブランドを考慮し、ここを選択しました。サンダンスキの街自体が素晴らしく、ここのホテルと合わせて、とても満足のいく滞在ができました。」
