「Very modern hotel with no frills. As a Marriott reward member, I have late check out. But the housekeeping staff does not seem to know about my late check out at 2 pm. The staff keep knocking at my door.」

When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. 「Beautiful property in a beautiful town. Very easy access to shopping, restaurants and the wekopa resort. The room was spacious and the bedding was excellent quality and super comfy. I got great nights of sleep. The hotel is quiet and in excellent condition. Excellent taste in decor. I will be back.」

「In the room where I was staying there was noise outside my window. The toilet was not working in the room where I was situated, once I told the staff they did switch my room but overall I think it could have been a better experience.」

「毎朝の朝食ビュッフェがあり、物価が高いので本当に助かりました。ハンバーグみたいなやつがすごく美味しかったです。お部屋は広くて過ごしやすかったし、Wi-Fiも全く問題なく使えました。静かなホテルでした。」

「家族で宿泊しました。 工事中でした。 朝食は、レストランで普通の朝食セットを有料にて提供しておりビッフェなどはありません。 当初ビッフェと思い、有料朝食を選択しました。実際はその金額はクレジットとして部屋にチャージされており、その金額分はレストランや売店で使用できるという仕組みでした。 私達は１日はウォーターパークに行きましたが、あとはホテルのプールで過ごしました。 不幸中の幸いでホテルが工事中なのでプール近くの部屋となり、ビールを持ってプールでまったりできました。 子どもも空いていて遊べてました。 子どもとゆっくり過ごすにはいいのではないでしょうか。」

「The staff was very helpful and kind! The rooms were very clean. The air conditioner worked very well also. I didnt know there was a gym. 」

「All foods were prepared well, staff is great, we stayed eight nights so first night was not so great, the room was clean but in the bathroom was some odder so we told them and with no problems they said we could move it across the hallway so it was not too bad, still inconveniente, my wife moved stuff for all of us… other than that all is fine, location was great for us, parking is great so I do highly recommend this place!!」

「We found the place to be so vey pleasant from the time we walked in. The front are is large with reservation in a corner and then chairs and tables throughout the large room used for breakfast, TV study, whatever. The area was sunny and inviting in every way. Great coffee was available 24/7. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I had the oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar and almond slices. Delicious and a great start for day.
