Room service is very good.
But the reception supervisor who is indian? (he said so at least) has been ignoring my request and has been looking down on Asian people while he may like White skin guys. This might be a kind of typical Asian hotel receptionist who speak English but tend to ignore Asian people. This kind of disgusting service would be eliminated. The reception supervisor should use ""Please" when he or she speaks to customer. What he said is "" Do you speak English? "" Just sit down etc. I asked him to let me talk to Hotel manager but he kept on making many excuse and tried to run away from the responsibilities. I have stayed at Peach Hill for more than 4 times during last 20 years. But now new management has come to this hotel and the owner may not care about regular customers like me. It is a pity although other services are generally good.
