Beautiful mountainside property with a great staff and one of the best views on the island. Old town, high is a fantastic colonial era town, is just five minutes away via taxi. Old town has most of the good restaurants on the island.

The staff were consistently kind and professional. The room they put me in had electrical issues where the breaker would regularly flip, causing all of the light in my room to go out and then would reset ~5 minutes later. This would abruptly turn all of the lights on at inconvenient times, like when I was trying to sleep. I notified the front desk and they had it fixed inside of an afternoon. One thing that put me off was finding hundreds of ants in portions of the buffet food at breakfast time, though this only happened once in the time I was there. Bedding seemed uncomfortable.

We love this property. All the staff are wonderful. Our pool villa was gorgeous. We did cycling and kayaking. £5 to get to Old Phuket Town. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect! Near to Simba Sea Trips for visits to Maya Bay, James Bond Island and snorkelling! We will return.

Pros: Comfortable room Large shower, good water pressure and heat Clean Great breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff Loy Krathong celebration was wonderful! Useful app for communicating with staff, ordering buggy service, etc. Cons: Thai food at Hilltop was not good. You’ll have to take a cab to see much of anything outside the resort. If you have accessibility needs, this might not be the hotel for you. It’s built into a slope, and although there are buggies, they don’t go to your door necessarily and don’t run in the rain. We had a rat in our ceiling, but they did find it and clean up quickly. They offered to move us and gave us a fruit bowl as apology.

The beach is across the road, and its a total dumpster, the staff is absolutely terrible, unfriendly, rude and simply terrible specially the manager. The pool villa is too cold, imposible to use, the hotel has no spaces to stay at, and moving around is simply imposible. For the price you can easily stay in a real 5 star hotel. When we tried to cancel the manager tried to force us to sign a document. Avoid this place for the prices there’s much better options don’t waste your money in this scam.

It is a beautiful complex, a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Phuket. Has incredible views of the bay. Loved our room and the view was amazing..! We dinned at both the “hill top” and the restaurant and couldn’t fault either. Room was cleaned every day and mini bar and snacks replenished daily. Hotel staff are very friendly and are happy to help with any type of service requested. Although it is far from most of the tourist attractions, there is a tour service at the hotel. I would return a thousand times. We wished we had of stayed longer.

Sinae Phuket is an experience that everyone should have once in a life time, or every year if possible. Right from welcome to the check-out, staff is consistently courteous, friendly and offer a helping hand wherever possible. Food is amazing, especially Masaman Curry, and the Spa is a dream come true. The views are stunning and it’s only a 20 minutes drive to Old Town. We highly recommend this place.
